No you need to access BIOS.

Do you see an overclock option? If no then no

No. Windows Manager is to manage Windows not overlocking a cpu from Intel

from what I see in that UI its just a shitty "junk" cleaning tool so no.

It only tells you the specs of it, nowhere in there does it have anything about overclocking.

Want to overclock your GPU? MSI afterburner is a great program.

Want to overclock your CPU? Sit down, learn a couple things, and take your time when overclocking.

Want to overclock your RAM? Don't, the performance impact is minimal.

 

That software is not really made for overclocking at all, just for doing other things, a lot of which looks like you can already do without the program.

NO, you will NOT be able to overclock your cpu through that app. You can try Intel Extreme Tune Utility or the Asus motherboard utility (I think they call it AI Suite), but best do it through your bios if you know what you are doing. If you don't know how to do it, start reading and then try it as you can damage your parts (not easy but doable).
