Computer Does Not Boot (Worked Before) SOLVED

Today my computer cannot boot. It stays in the motherboard manufacturer screen, and nothing happens. It also once went to a screen that said "overclock failed". Any help would be appreciated.

The the motherboard battery out for 5 - 10mins, any longer is ok too. The data and time will need to be changed aftrer you put the battery back in and boot it. Hope that helps!

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
