What Video Card to Buy - Late 2016

I can't open the link with the spreadsheet :/
Browser says "SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN" so refuses to open it (i'm in Europe)

Can someone give me another link to it or add it as a file in this thread?

LTT says it's worth paying the extra $10 EVGA "Tax".  If I buy the GTX 1070 suggested, would I really be getting a better value than, say, the Gigabyte 1070 Windforce for 20 bucks less?
