What would it take to build this?

imkinger

So I want to build this http://thehificase.com/product/srlsy-big-tweed/

What drivers are those?

Do I need a DAC and amp combo?

Can I power everything from a lithium ion battery like a power bank?(im thinking 30000 MAH)

Thanks in advance people.

also I do know this will be expensive since audio is most of the time not cheap(most really good audio)

No idea what drivers, and good luck finding out.

You would need a DAC if you're planning on using a digital signal. If you're just going to use a 3.5mm jack, then all you need is an amp.

You could likely power it from a Li-Ion battery, but you'll need a charger for that, and you would want to make sure that you're not drawing too much power.

I would recommend a class D amp, since class A is not a very efficient way to amp speakers/headphones (although it is arguably the best, power no object.)

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)

By digital signal you mean something like bluetooth?

I think you should do a bit more research into everything.

Read that it get you started on the speaker side, also go find more info on electronics such as DC power and AC power. And also how to solder and other electronic stuff.

Thanks
