Hai i am looking forward to build a new pc. It is not really a performance related question, i would like to buy a "Corsair Carbide Series Spec 03" case. So my question is

Can i fit any psu to this case?

Is every PSU is same size?

My older case has a"UMAX 450W" psu which is a cheap one. Can i use it on my new case which is "Corsair Carbide Series Spec 03"?

It's not recommended to use "no name" branded PSU's. PSU's are categorized in form factors, the two most common are ATX and SFX. SFX form factors PSU's are used for mini-itx cases.

i5-6600k (4.6) | Dark Rock 3 | MSI GAMING X 1060 6GB | 8GB DDR4 | 120GB SSD & 1TB HDD | Crystal 460x

 | Acer GN246HL 1080p 24" 144hz & Acer G246HL 1080p 24" 60hz |

PSU Tier List | PC Partpickers: US Canada Australia UK

Not every PSU will fit in there. Good luck fitting an AT spec PSU in there.

Also that PSU sounds like a firebomb so I'd replace it with something in the PSU whitelist in my signature below.

AT is the same size as ATX.

Talking about AT, I need to know where I can source an AT PSU, (I am guessing probably ebay.) My AT PSU is not up to scratch at all. The "12V" rail is really a 11V rail.

I literally had BTX in my head and decided to google different form factors of the PSUs and wrote AT.... eh, you know what I mean

I know that feeling. I sometimes type a word that means the literal opposite of what I am meaning.

I blame my phone.
