What am I not getting here?

When I tried that it added a link to the image, but no the image itself.  Sorry, we are getting off topic here, I searched for a tutorial in the forum but didn't see anything.

So from my work computer this happens but from my home it shows a link to the image not the image itself.  Hmm  I'll have another look when I get home later.
