My first build. please Critique

looks pretty dank, but why a 980ti when a 1070 is in the same price bracket?

Snorlax: i7 5820k @4.5ghz, Asus X99 Pro, 32gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666, Cryorig R1 Ultimate, Samsung 850 evo 500gb, Asus GTX 1080 ROG Strix, Corsair RM850x, NZXT H440, Hue+

Smallsnor: Huawei Matebook X

 

Canon AE-1 w/ 50mm f/1.8 lens

Pentax KM w/ 55mm f/1.8 SMC lens

Zenit-E w/ 58mm f/2 Helios lens

Panasonic G7 with 14-42mm f/3.5 lens

Polaroid Spectra System

its easier to find a used 980 water block when i eventually upgrade in a couple months.

also the performance is simmilar and i only plan on running older games at 1080p, with light video rendering on the side.

yeah, I've also got a 980ti personally, and it's fantastic

Good build, sure, maybe it's not what I would get but it would work and be fantastic at playing games.  I personally would have got a 1080 but hey, that's just me.  Looks and would probably work fantastic. 

 

Good luck building it dude!  Hope you don't accidentally bend a socket pin :P

Something to note is that you will need to remove a drive cage in that case for that GPU to fit. Other than that it looks really good!

Lenovo Ideapad 720s 14 inch ------ One day I'll have a desktop again...
