anidees ai crystal low mode not working

the anidees ai crystal low mode is not working for me for some reason the high and off works but the low does not, the led of the fans turn on but it does not spin. Help plz

Fans need at least a certain amount of voltage to start and since you are getting the LEDs lit up we can assume you are getting power, just not enough. I think with that case the switch is 'high>off>low' which is kinda weird, but if you try moving the switch quickly from high to low the fans should stay on.

ive tried that, it still dosent work
