How would a build be if im spending £4k in everything (pc, mouse, headset, keyboard, mousemat, chair)

1000 pounds for a nice keyboard, mouse, headset and a 144Hz 1440p monitor 9or a 4k 60 Hz) is realistic.

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

Sorry everyone, I'm new to this, so if I spend less what would the specs be? (I'll be happy to have some £ left to upgrade later)

Any advice? I can lower the pc if needed.

It's all personal preference.

Do you want simplicity on a mouse, or lots of buttons?

RGB lights? tenkeyless? wireless headphones? mic? do you prioritize sound quality or mic quality or comfort?

I can tell you if a product is good or not, but the product itself is all down to preference.

As for a monitor, it depends what you are looking for in resolution, size and refresh rate.

I've heard that the best options are either Maxnomic or noblechairs. Haven't had the chance to test either of the four though.

I'll follow your £1700 build, I'm looking for RGB, tenkeyless, no mic, a lot of confort. (Logitech g900 fits my hand)

Do you want 4k or 1440p? Or maybe 3440x1440 ultrawide (definitely what I would recommend). Those are pretty pricy though.

I personally do not like tenkeyless keyboards, but I can recommend mice.

I have a G502 RGB and LOVE it. (I have large hands)

For headphones, I recommend Seinheiser, though I have a wireless headset myself.

10-keyless RGB you're looking at something like a Corsair K65 RGB or a Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE. What kind of switch do you prefer (Cherry MX Blue, Brown, Red or something like Khail or Logitech's Romer G switches)

No ultra wide games don't support it anymore. It's not the future and isn't much hype. Mostly used for work now

If it's 4k what would it be?

If it's ultrawide 1440p what would it be?

If it's 1440p i guess Asus rog PG279Q or Acer predator XB271HU

Do games really not support it? If so I want to sit in a corner and cry now... :(

I think I'll go G900, K70 RGB Rapidfire and Sennheiser PC 373D and Steelseries QCK+ Extended. What you think?

You can never go wrong with Sennheiser.

There was a hype train with it and some games support it yet but most games still use default scaling unfortunately... :/

I have used none of those, so I have no opinion on them.

I've tested G500 and G900, feels same. K70 Rapid is good as I like some CS:GO sometimes, sennheiser just feels and looks right, thanks anyways.
