why not let your case be custom made? it will cost you but then again its probably easier than searching the corners of the internet for it.

Why not go with the first one, tear it down as best you can, and spray paint it?

I'm not finding anything. Closest thing i've come across just have 5.25 bays down the whole front with no i/o
