Most effective way to swap hardware in Win10?

Swapping my MB and CPU to Skylake. What is the easiest most effective way to swap without having to do a clean reinstall of Win 10? I don't want to lose any software or other data on my PC. Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated. 

You can't be serious.  Hyperthreading is a market joke?

I have never had any issues with hardware upgrades, even going from LGA 1150 -> 775 -> 1366 -> 1150 -> 2011. You should be fine, if you have any issues just message me and I'll help you out.

Remove cooler.

Remove motherboard connectors.

Remove screws.

Remove motherboard.

Reverse to install.

I read Win 10 will deactivate and you are forced to do a clean install to reactive. I never had issues in the past with previous Win OS either. Just want to make sure before I do a blind swap.

It will deactivate. But you just need to enter key again or login to MS account. Win10 is better with drivers which were main reason for reinstall need in past.
