CPU1 Hotter then the rest by 10-20 degrees under Prime 95

So I recently just reassembled my computer after it was dissassembled for 3 weeks to RMA the motherboard and I got the motherboard back today and I reassembled the computer and put my H212 Evo with a Noctua NF-F12 fan mounted to it back into the machine and I did a test of the CPU and found out that when I run Prime 95 the majority of cores in my i5 4690k sits arround 66-70 degrees under load while the first CPU core CPU1 is sitting at 78-86 degrees celcius and it didn't do that before and I reinstalled the CPU cooler with the thermal paste 3 times already

then i think its just the architecture. My is the same core 2 is hotter than the rest. But not by a whooping 20 degrees only 3-8c.

I thinking I might have screwed up the IHS thermal paste under the lid by rubbing the CPU too hard to get the CPU ready to put back into the machine. Just as a little note my CPU is NOT delidded.

the 5th core on my CPU runs the hottest, about 10-12C hotter than the coolest core. idk if 20 is normal, but 15 wouldnt surprise me.... in something with more than 4 cores lol
