PS4 Broadcast Metwok issues

whenever i try to broadcast gameplay, it says my  internet quality is bad. even though my signal strength is 90% (i use wifi) anyone know why?

(What else do you need, this is just a signature, plus I have them disabled 😅)

What kind of speeds do you get?
