I would personally go for the asus, as there coolers are excellent.

As @DrainDoc said, you can OC a Sapphire GPU just as easily.

can you adjust the voltage? I thought that was apart of ASUS thing as when I upgraded to a 7950 I couldn't mess with voltage only power limit. I could be wrong though

I've never used that particular Sapphire card, but I don't see why not.

 

although, pushing the volts on an already out of the box O.C.'d card, might be worrisome.

 

Tons more heat, much more unstable.........and.......BOOM!  :o

Also go for Asus the cooler is much better.

Asus because it's cheaper. They're not that different.
