It would not exactly be healthy. You would have higher risk of prostate cancer, and since the body needs to replace sperm you would end up having involuntary ejaculstions (like doing it while you sleep).

I get absurd ideas from recreationally reading peer reviewed scientific journals.

Ejaculation helps keep sperm morphology and semen volume within normal ranges, increases leukocytes and can be used as pain relief, including for dysmenorrhoea, and labour pains (but most hospitals in western countries frown on that sort of thing).

Also, health is not just physical, there are also psychological benefits to masturbation.
