The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

#1. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

#2. It's best to keep your mouth shut; and appear to be stupid, rather than open it and remove all doubt.

#3. There is nothing "wrong" with being wrong. Learning from a mistake can be more valuable than not making one in the first place.

Drooling...You might have a market for a case like that. I know a few guys that would love to have this sitting on their bookshelves next to actual books.

Just a thought.. You should build an old timey looking podium (lack of a better word) to have the book sitting on and run the cables through the pedestal.

I assume the airbrush is to take care of the clay's colors? lol

Going for a gold leaf look? That'd be slick

This reminds of a Danish christmass TV calander show called Pyrus, he is a elf and is super small, so books are huge.

That's looking beautiful!

Is it intended to be displayed standing up or laying on its side when its done?

Also, are you going to cover the metal hinges with a leather strip or something, or leave them visible? The golden colour of them fits the theme pretty well.
