milestone 25 mil

So after almost 8 mouths of almost 24/7 folding i passed the 25 million mark. next up the 100 million. perhaps not in 2 years from now.

Thanks, i hit 10 million quickly however after had hardware issues and so lostbsome days of folding. Well then heavy gaming days.

Congrat's man, I hit 25 mill a few week's ago, since then i've been gaming less and had alot less downtime with folding and have already nearly gotten to 35, with a decent GPU it's actually pretty surprising how quickly you wrack up the points.

Indeed.  Since Maxwell, getting points is very fast now.

 

Heck, I remember when I first time folded back in the Chimp Challenge.  I had a GTX580.  I was super happy when I hit 1mil.     Think it only did like 100K or so.  Can't quite remember.

Thanks, sadly my gameing computer is also being used as community computer and they dont always put folding back on.

This is true i get more after some software updates i wonder how pascal will do.

Pascal only a slight boost from Maxwell on points.  No where near the jump of points from Kepler to Maxwell.

 

Reason I'm kind of waiting out for Volta.  Hopefully Volta will be another huge jump in compute work potential and points.
