Right angle Display port cable/ adapter

Does this even exist in North American shops i can not seem to find one. Any help or links to one I can buy would be amazing. It is needed for my new monitor and my existing wall mount, there just is not enough spacing to be flush to the wall.

nvm about the adapter part, but yes this is what i am looking for, but I can not find one being sold in NA atm most of them are discontinued
