The corsair fan is connected to the sys_fan. The model number for my older KINGWIN fans are CFGN012LB

I think the old fans were connected to the back of my disk drive if that's possible?

What about the fans on the rad?

It seems like some stuff info is missing.

What are your specs, what fan did you buy, and for what purpose?

Was your system too loud or your temps too high?

Not much I can tell you since my pc is apart. All I know is I have GTX 780 16GB and that's it.

The temperature was fine, I just couldn't stand the noise.

Do you have the parts list from when you purchased them?

Have you identified which components were too loud?

No I don't have a list. I know my case fans were loud and my storage I believe.

Just my two KINGWIN fans were loud. No, I don't know what my load temps were.

Why not just remove the kingwin fans?

Do you know what Noctua fans you have? You could probably just remove all fans that aren't noctuas.

I don't know where this is going tbh. I'm just wondering if it's possible to connect 3 pin fan headers to my motherboard somehow.

You should power 3pin dc fans off of the sys_fan headers. The pwr_fan header only runs fans at 100%. The cpu_fan header is the only one that provides a pwm signal. 

It seems you want the system to be quieter and that's what I'm trying to help you out with. That being said, the lack of info is making it much more difficult than it should be.

Sorry, I don't know much about PC's since I've never built one or done really anything with it. I know you mentioneds omething about fan splitter's. I'm wondering if there's a triple 3 pin splitter. Or, is it possible to connect a 3pin to a 4pin?

3pin and 4pin fans are backwards compatible. That doesn't mean that they are the same though. To clarify, 3pin fans are usually controlled with dc and 4pin with pwm.

DC sends 12v for 100% fan speed and lowers the voltage to vary fan speed. PWM on the other hand pulses 12v at different rates to determine fan speed. The fans are are also built differently in that pwm fans tend to have their own IC's to implement pwm. Because pwm send a 12v signal, a dc fan receiving it will run at 100%. 

Yes, there are 3-way 3pin splitters. That being said, I don't see the point in leaving in the stock Corsair fans which aren't as quiet if you don't have to and want a quieter system.

My bad, I never meant the Corsair fan was loud, I mean the KINGWIN fans are loud.

 

Could you possibly link me a 3-way 3pin splitter? If I would remove the fan, would it be a good choice to replace it with another fan or what?

The Corsair fans aren't as quiet as noctuas anyway. 

Whether it's a good idea to just remove fans or not would depend on your temps.

Since you don't know your specs, can you post a side view of your system showing all the parts?

No, that's a 4pin splitter. PWM splitters use 4pins.

Closest thing I see is a 6-way splitter.

Be sure to not overload the header on your motherboard if you plan to plug in more than 3 fans. If you do, double check on how much power your fan draws and how much the motherboard header supports.

I guess it would be a better idea to daisy chain, if I only knew how :(.
