Local store will be fastest. Next are all webstores with near warehouses. Splitters are really common so idk where you looked to even get 20 day shipping estimate.

Item coming from China to Canada? Sorry, but you're looking at a good 20+ business days. There's nothing that you can do to accelerate this.

Just do like everyone else (me included...) and wait it out. Heck, just "forget" that you're awaiting that cable, that way you'll be wondering "the f is that tiny package in my mailbox"(most likely some tiny white bubble envelop that's completely taped over) when you do finally get it.

It's not. The fan plugs into the splitter.
