Didn't say it doesn't have a website, just that it itself wasn't one. It is by definition all the websites though.

Definitely Micro Center, though I've heard radio shack is pretty good too (though nowadays physical stores are pretty rare)

I like microcenter because of the excellent prices but I have always bought non computer parts tech from Best Buy because they seem to always have stuff in stock (lots of GTX 1070s and 1080s).
