Not soon, there aren't any rx 470, or 480 laptops available yet. I would assume that they would release desktop cards to fill the r9 390/ Fury desktop market before venturing into laptops.

but they don t have something to go in the higher end like  a polaris 9 or a full 10 in the pipeline.(as state from Amd)

I assume they are working on a higher end card(or 2 or 3), but the rx 480 is the most powerful card AMD has yet released this cycle.
