Time for an upgrade!

Hello guys so i currently own a GTX 650 ti boost. Pretty solid card pulls out about 200 fps in games like csgo and lol and ~30fps in newest titles high-medium settings 1080p. But im tired of this 30 fps thing. Come on i dont want to be a console peasant so its time for upgrade. Which card do you guys recommend for 1080p 60fps and maybe in near future 1440p? My specs:

Core i5 3570k @4.2Ghz

16GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400MHz

GTX 650 ti boost

EVGA 500W <--- IMPORTANT!

no, your 3570k will be fine if you overclock it. get a 1070.

Sigh, I really don't get this want/need to be better than consoles 30fps as long as the game play is smooth and there is no stuttering does it really justify the cost of upgrading? To me the answer is no I'm certainly no fps snob as I don't see 60fps as the holy grail I'm happy at 30-40 as long as it remains playable - to me that is the most important thing not if I'm constantly hitting 60fps
