I have been obsessed with blue color lately so I decided to make some use out of it

 

For those who decided to build a computer over some specific color then this post will be useful.

I will be covering existed parts and existing parts still selling for pc. 

 

I will be ignoring old generation parts because why would you do that?

Also blue parts must be visible and does not blend in with other parts.

 

Components will not included because it affects performance:

>  Processor.

>  Peripherals (including all kind of drives) also not included.

 

 

1. Motherboard

 

I did not opt in mobo where the only blue parts are ram and pci e slot because when you plug it in you won't see any blue at all.

I did not include small brands that nobody heard before because if someone decides to buy one they will have hard time finding reviews of whether it is good or bad.

2. Graphics Card 

 

Integrated graphics card obviously does not count.

 

Blue must be there. No RGB  because of reasons unless the card itself is blue.

 

Nvidia from 400 series and up because older than that will be useless. Why would you buy a 600 series or lower. 

 

AMD from all R series and HD series.

 

Must have a shroud and will not considering if it is blue because of the back plate/board or if only fan wings are blue.

Blue. Violet blue (not so blue) will not be considered. Also considering DDR3 and higher because who uses DDR2 now??

 

Blue in any color combination other than itself is prohibited.

4. Case

 

Simply if there is blue it will be fine because there is not much case with all blue color. 

Unless blue is just a small part in the corner then no.

Also cases with blue lighting does not consider if without the light they are not blue.

Because feels cheating. you can RGB to every color you want and in some cases RGB lights does not cover all

 

MSI X99 Gaming Pro Carbon: it has RED MSI logo. The board itself is black.

The 290X Lightning is yellow on the fan part but the VRM LEDs are blue, and the Lightning logo can be set to be blue.

Blue was a popular color theme back during the Yorkfield and Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge days. Sad you've missed it.
