Only cooling PC

FreakArts

Hey there,

I want to build an "Only Cooling PC". I don't even want to connect it to a Display. I have a Case and some Fans ready. Does someone know how I could do this or what i need to put this together?

Kind regards,

FreakArts

I don't want to use the Computer as a PC. I only want to have a Case with fans. And I don't know how to let them Spin (I don't wanna buy a expensive Mainboard just for some fans...)

You can jump-start PSU. There are ton of guides on how. Or you can get special button which emulates cases power button. I have one for testing PSUs. Or you can do some wiremodding and make fans or fan hub compatible with any wall plug.

I don't see point in what you are trying to do.

What's the purpose of the fans if there is no hardware to be cooled? O.o

You only need 12V power and a controller if you want to adjust the speed.
