Forza Horizon 3 Won't Preload

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 today so I could preload it but the store app says the game is not compatible. Has anyone has these issues?

It needs to be 14393.102.

Which is below build 14393.102 which it wants.

I just got an update for Windows so that may be what I need to do.

Are you running the Anniversary Update yet? Simple question but essential if you want to play FH3. Also if you want a stable 60 in that game I'd recommend using dynamic optimization if you have an older card like a 970 or 390.

I have a R9 270 but I was able to run forza 6 apex just fine.

This performs nothing like Apex, believe me. I own both games as well.

i too thought forza horizon 3 would perform quite well looking at forza apex. but i think you can't compare the two, seeing the various performance issues from the early access

I know this is late but I read somewhere that preloads weren't available for PC.
