Trying to build a gaming pc $700 full setup

The whole purpose of my pc is 1080p medium to high ~60 fps , But I will be creating youtube videos and live streaming. I don't need 1 TB of storage, Most of my stuff is stored in a cloud and have a separate 4 TB Internet connected storage capsule. I play online multiplayer games like rust and want to play games like arc. When I do buy a single player game, I delete it from computer when I finish playing. This computer is going to be solely for gaming and video rendering/recording. I have a separate laptop for school work and such. I do like to turn of my computer when not in use. I do have a gaming mouse and a high quality headset, I will be getting a Red Dragon Karura.

From my knowledge 2.7 GHz is not fast, and a 25 ms response time on a monitor is useless for gaming. I do like this build tho. Thx for the insight

Skylake 2.7Ghz is faster than your 3.3Ghz actually. Response time is mostly irrelevant since it isn't standardized and makers can use whatever metric they'd like.

I can guarantee you that the skylake processor will destroy your amd one. Refresh rate is fairly irrelevant unless your doing some super comprise fps game where very ms might count, and in that case get a better monitor.
