How do I convert pictures to 21 by ratio?

I want to use it as my background but the pictures are not in that ratio. How could I do it using free software? I want to change those two I linked

Worth the hike for those pictures btw.

You'd just need to crop them to the desired aspect ratio, easily can be done in something such as photoshop or gimp.

 

I attached the two images cropped to 21:9

Microsoft Paint, if you have windows it should be already installed.
