MSI 1070 GAMING X PROBLEMS NEED HELP

Hi guys i have recently put my new graphics card in and i have been having a few problems with my computer after i have put my graphics card in. I will list the problems 1.every time on boot i get the same errors "There was a problem starting NVCPL.DLL access denied" and "There was a problem starting C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvspcap64.dll" i have tried reinstalling my graphics driver and that has not solved the problem. My next issue 2.My C drive is filling up for no reason what so ever im not installing anything or doing anything with it i tried to to clear it made 17gb of space then it went down to 8gb. 3. Sometimes my computer just crashes (only done this twice so far) and BSOD and says SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. so if anyone knows anything could you please try and help me.

Sounds like it might be a problem with your windows install.

what do you recommend i do then reinstall windows?
