Sound is leaking out of my room

imkinger

Hello I am rocking a 5.1 system that concludes the following speaker and sub:

Jamo E 4 CEN, Jamo E470 and Jamo E410 with a KENWOOD S505D

My problem is: Sound is leaking out,and I live in a small room inside my parents house and I dont want to disturb them in the night:of course the simple option would be to wear headphones at night(which is no problem im rocking Audio Technicas ATH-m50x)

but I want to listen to my speakers at night,I havent heared a compliant from my parents but I know they hear it,if there is any way to keep the sound to a minimum tell me,My room has a window that goes to the outside of my building(3/4 floors) and my door is made out of a not so thick wood that might be the issue.
