Help me finalizing my first build (99% finished)

So I'm finally getting myself a decent rig, below are the parts I've picked (I'm in France, so I chose the best I could find):

The prices are actually in euros, with a total of ~1725€. I'm too worried to order the parts fearing that I made bad decisions. (This is my first build)

might have goon overboard with the PSU and you could upgrade later to a better graphics card but it looks fine otherwise.

I am planning to go 4.5-4.6 GH. Do I need more than the 212?

Do ram comes in kits or you're forced to buy 2 separate sticks? Depending on the pricing, Fury is usually cheaper than Savage and they can also run at 2666. Don't need thermal paste for now, the included thermal paste with that CPU cooler can last for quite some time.  Remove the Black and get a WD Blue. The Black may be a bit faster than Blue, but it's not worth the difference. Want speed in your storage then take a look at SSHD.

I didn't find a 2 sticks kit, and I got these because they're CL 13 @ 2666MHz, and I found some nice benchmarks about this DDR4 config. I got the Black to speed up my games loading time, wouldn't it help? I'm willing to spend the extra money for faster loading times. 

 

For the cooler, I am confused because I never found a regular trend, some people say the skylake CPUs don't need much cooling, so 212 is good for 4.5GHz, and here I get the H110i suggested!  I don't want to replace the cooler after one month of use because my CPU is too hot.

Get better CPU cooler,PSU is overkill,i don't know how that GPU performs but i feel it's not worth.

Black ain't going to offer a significant improvement over the Blue. So you're just wasting money on it. For cooling, I personally prefer air cooling cause it just works. I have a CM 212 Evo and it can keep my 140w Xeon cool, so I don't see how it can't keep a Skylake cool too. The thing with them AIO is if the coolant isn't flowing or there seem to have a air bubble in it, you're going to run into problems.

Alright then, I'll go with the Blue WD HDD, and with the money savings (37€) and a small addition I'll get the Noctua NH-D15 for better cooling.

I'm still not sure about the monitor/GPU combination yet, I want FreeSync with ultrawide, but Nvidia's GTX series are superior than AMD's GPUs. However the Nvidia alternative for g-sync ultrawide is the Acer Predator Z35 for 1000€, that's why I'm going with AMD

imo you're spending too much on the ram kits. Better DDR4 3000 2x 8GB kits are available at 80bucks

Thank you for this, I've already seen it and it doesn't justify the almost 200% price of g-sync compatible monitor VS the freesync ones. I think this is a compromise of price VS performance that either makes you overspend for high performance, or pay moderately for an inferior semi-equivalent technology. I hope Nvidia will support FreeSync in the upcoming years (fingers crossed)

It's very controversial all over the internet, which has the higher performance: high frequency VS. low CAS (I know it doesn't matter in games, but I'm going for the highest theoretical performance), which comes down to the true latency of RAM. Where the sticks I've chosen have 9.75ns true latency (2666MHz CAS 13 by default), while all the other available DDR4 top at 10ns true latency with different frequencies and CAS settings. I don't know if Kingston sets up the XMP profiles based on tests, but I think they should, and in that case, these low latency sticks are top notch. (I suppose, correct me if I'm wrong)
