Can I run it? (gtx1060 in a Dell Precision T5500)

I have a Dell Precision T5500 with dual E5530 Xeons and 16 gigs of ddr2 ecc memory (planning on upping the memory soon). I am looking to upgrade from the Ati Firepro v8700 gpu that is in it. I know that it has slower Sata ports on it than the 1060 can use, but I am looking for "Dat Cuda" within a reasonable price plus performance. I would be using it for some gaming and mostly Video editing and rendering.
Opinions?
My main rig is a T5500 and I have no issues. The power supply is 80+ rated and its an 875w. Only problem is you can't put in a card that draws too much power because it has 5 12v rails instead of 1. I run a GTX 770 (which has a tdp of 230w) with no problems. I just had to use a 6 pin to 8 pin adapter because my card requires a 8 and 8 pin. i would recommend upgrading the CPUs maybe... Clock speed is a bit low on those E5530s. I have a single W5580. I would have two but I'm too cheap to buy the riser card for the 2nd cpu. Out of curiosity, what heat sink do you have on CPU 0 (the one on the motherboard)? Also, any DDR3 works in these towers as long as it matches.
