Shipping costs are something I've addressed with the team over there in the past, and I know it's something they're working on.

Maybe see if there's a distributor in Aus that carries them?

I totally agree - but that's often out of the control of the seller. If their shipping partner doesn't typically ship to a region it may be prohibitively expensive for them to fulfill through a fourth party that DOES ship to that region, meaning that they would have to give the seller a high quote, and the seller would have to give the buyer a high quote...

 

I know they also fulfill through Amazon relatively often - maybe try there as well?

Amazon wont ship that particular product.

They should be using something like DHL

So what I got out of this is that apple wants to move better audio processing away from the phone itself and push it on to headphone manufacturers and save costs so they can charge more for the "elegance" of their phones...

The subject is about the headphone jack and the lighting port headphones.

 

Ever sense i heard that apple or the retarded fruit company that likes to use the words '' innovative'' or ''advanced '' to explain there products, Wanted to remove the headphone jack , i always repeated this line like a broken vinyl record toward apple : '' Dont remove it , Replace it ''. Sense when did removing something became innovative ?! The definition of innovation what i believe is to replace something old with the new, Like how USB type c has slowly replacing the Micro USB. That is innovation. 

IMO , a smart phone should have 2 ports minimum, a H E A D P H O N E J A C K ( making it easier for the brainless fruit company to read that one ) and a charging port.  

And give a round of applause to the bitten fruit company for scrutinizing other small headphone manufactures and trying to monopolize the headphone market.

wich i would say : remember that mac which had a one usb type c port ? remember that ? did u see any sensible human being buying that? what was even the point of that really and what is the point of the iphone 7 ?  ( apple fan boys do not count as human beings with brains ).

 

But who am i kidding , innovation and apple where like water and oil, they dont mix , unless you wanna set that oil on fire to burn yourself , that is totally fine.

A better solution would be to have 2 lighting ports.  There should be room in the case with the removal of the audio jack and dac.  Like @Ridska said, be *innovative*. Now that would sell like hot-cakes.
