If you could, try and get an 8350

I already bought the 8150, but I was thinking to sell and get the 8350. But I am not sure if it's going to make a huge difference for what I am doing.

I'd go windows 8 if you don't already hate them before even trying them like most of the people today  :D.

I was going to buy this but then some friends told me that some games aren't good on windows 8 but I don't think that's the case.

Get Windows 8. I thought it would be poor aswell but I bought a program called Start8 that added the start menu and now have no need to go into metro. I have found it a better experience the 7 so far...

Apart from that looks like a beast of a build. Have fun.

Also that 8 core should in the future be more and more worth your money with some new AAA games utilizing more than 4 cores.

Win8. Most games work better on it, and it will be supported longer.

I don't always have time to study, but when I do, I don't.

This, basically. Windows 8 also sorts out a lot of memory issues that 7 had.

As long as you install games for windows live before any games that require it Windows 8 works fine and so I would recommend it.

Motherboard: MSI H87M-G43 Case: Fractal Design Define R4

I'd recommend Windows 8. Or wait for 8.1. I have had no problems with games on 8. It's faster and more fluent than 7 in my opinion. My hardware seems to like it better too. :P

CPU: Intel Core i5 2550K @ 4GHz | Cooler: Gelid Tranquillo Rev. 2 | Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3

GPU: XFX 1GB HD6850 OC'd | SSD: OCZ Agility 3 60GB | HDD: Samsung 500GB | PSU: Corsair HX520W | Case: Zalman Z11+

Windows 8.1 will fix a majority of the problems many people have with Win 8 (start button for example).  It has also been shown that Win 8 gives a slightly higher FPS in some games.
