My loptop always using 50% of CPU

Hello so my problem is loptop always using 50% of CPU enven when i dont do anything?

 

Toshiba L500D

Specs

Procesor: AMD Turion X2 dual core mobile 74 2.20Ghz

RAM:4GB

Windows ultimate 64

Open up task manager and check processes tab. This will show you what is using up your cpu resources.

i3-4170, H81 board, 8GB DDR3, Crucial M4, GTX 770, Xigmatek Vangaurd Case, Creative Titanium X-fi, Razer Carcharias, 500w PSU, 24" VA panel and a 42" IPS. Thinking about getting a plant.

It's not showing all processors, Only showing a fraction. Click show processes from all users. Than if you get anything you don't want running, type msconfig in the search bar and shut down those processos or uninstall. If you still have the issue, run a malware scan.

Yup,there is svhost.exe but when i do end proces is just starts a new one with the same memory usege
