While this sounds awesome, I just wonder how they would package the burrito so it is safely delivered as well as delivered hot since I would imagine that the thrust from the props would cool the burrito

In this new food delivered by drone age how will it fair when the weather is rough? If I find out at 10pm I'm going to have to cook for myself because it is too windy, I'll be royally miffed.

If you want a badass burrito and you're in LA get a Hollenbeck (pork) or a Hollenbeck de machaca (beef and eggs) at El Tepeyac Cafe. It's on Evergreen in East LA and there's usually a line, but they make some truly flavorful burritos. They're enormous though, you can't eat the full one in a sitting unless you're Fat Bastard.

You could probably just ask them not to drench it in the chile verde if you don't want it that wet. It's funny they call it chile verde since it uses tomatoes and is red, but it tastes like green chile with some tomato thrown in. That chile verde is great though if you like a little heat. It's not super hot or anything, not something that's going to make you sweat or your nose run. Their beans and guacamole are incredible and add so much flavor to the burrito. Once I had El Tepeyac's burritos they made Chipotle taste like some crap you'd make at home with Old El Paso or something. Chipotle tastes like white people Mexican food to me, just really simplistic stuff.
