Same here.  I have many orders through Performance PCs and they've yet to mess anything up.  Great company as far as I'm concerned.

Except for their scummy business practices, like overcharging on shipping and having the worlds worst customer service, as well as being generally unfriendly to customers.

Plus the website is a piece of hot garbage, completely unusable

I've never had that problem.  They probably just don't like you.  It happens.

Hmm, no. Shipping is based on your location, size of the box & weight. Theirs no difference if you walked into a UPS store.

Customer Service is fine. They have always been nice to me. If something is wrong or needing replaced they have always done it at a very fast rate.

I can navigate the website just fine & find what I need. Not sure what your issue is here.

Three more shipments of Watercooling products & I should have everything. I ran into some small issues. Mainly Fittings, tubing. I think I have to replace my pump tops since it's running into clearance issues. Due to MonSoon Goofy mounting setup for pump tops.

Their shipping is a bit much yes, but worst customer service is far from it, I've had so many questions over the years that I've asked them, and always got A++ answers.

I had a question once about a block + different backplate fitting on a 290x, and they literally opened all of it up and sent detailed pictures to me showing that it all fit and lined up.

They have yet to mess up any of my orders, and I've probably spent $3,000 or so over the past few years there.

Nice upgrades on both!

I'm looking for to seeing your use of the Caselabs SM8.  I have a brand new one sitting here unused as I'm currently using my Caselabs S8 with pedestal for my x99 build, which I plan to move the SM8 once the new Skylake-X platform drops next year.
