cant find ram cooler any replacement or other compatable setup?

the system i need eather a replacement of or a other fan kit that will fit in this ones spot is 417813-001 and its from a hp computer

What's wrong with the one you have?  I see them on ebay for like $45.  If the fans are the issue...maybe you could just replace the fans with some of the same size.
