I got x99a sli plus. I'm buying  Samsung SM951 M.2 AHCI PCI-e 256GB Internal MZHPV256HDGL SSD PC Laptop Drive Does my mobo support it ?

Asking because it says laptop drive. I think it must be similar.

It will, it supports the other m.2 951s, only difference is that one is nvme and one is AHCI.

I get that, but when a product was said to be an m.2 and pcie storage solution, it sorta messed me up.
