Battlefield 1 Beta low fps in menu

Driver update , now i have 6 instead of 2 fps, and managed to get into settings, the resolution scale was the problem, default is 50% and i put it on 100%, i guess 100% is now 200%?

So i just installed the beta game of Battlefield 1 , launched it and first thing i did is i went to settings, than put everything up high, and after i aplied my game just went down to 2 fps , and now i cant even start it , it starts but i cant click anything screen is just black and "OPEN BETA" in top right corner.

I believe you can`t play until later today, you can only download it....

 

But how did you even do it? I didn`t get anything

I registered as insider right when it was announced and besides annoying Titanfall 2 news I haven´t got anything, no Beta code no nothing >:(

Yes, exactly like that. It was already in the Alpha test. Hope they change it to the old slider like in BF4

i get 50-60 fps GTX 770 i5 4690K 4.2GHZ

1440p :(

Its a Beta so that might change. Do you have Battlefront? What´s your performance there? Also I struggled to get a constant 1440p60 with a 970 in BF4 on Ultra and don´t even start with Battlefront... xD

i can play on roughly "high" with 50-60 fps, i played battlefront for the free 4 hours, so

So I haven't read this from anyone here, but 50% is actually not the correct one either. It's 42% for your normal resolution, because Dice logic.

Wow DICE is going full retard. Thanks for this info. I'll change it when I get home. I was already getting 90 fps on high with 50%. Nice to know it can be better. Maybe I can bump some things to ultra.

Wow that helps even more :O, ill test my performance, cus everything low on 40-55 fps seems weird, since i can run BF4 on ultra , low AA AO, off/on, 70+fps-100fps

Not a problem :) it took quite a bit of tinkering for me as well. I ended up taking mine to 40% (2%) below minimum to get playable framerate. It just bounces between 30-75 fps oddly enough...
