Will my cpu watercooling loop clog up

I havent used it for well over a year now, just bought an i7, cant remember what exact waterloop it is and dont have it to hand. Its similar to the corsair h100 that type of thing (came with the custom built pc from cyberpower) always worked fine. So will it now be ok to use after being out of use for at least 1 year?

Thanks

If it's an AIO then there is no need to drain and refill them as they are sealed from the factory.
