PCSPECIALIST trustworthy? i5/i7 CPU question

1. Just as title says, Is PC Specialist good place to buy gaming laptop? Are they trustworthy or it is better to find other place (in UK)?

 

2. Do I really need intel i7 6700hq CPU or it's enough i5 6300hq? Mostly all I do is playing video games likes CSGO/Lineage2/BnS/TERA/Overwatch (with low settings, I like to get best possible performance while gaming). Also I am thinking about light video editing/photoshop usage (nothing hardcore just one or two clips from games I played).

 

3. Intel i5 6300hq + 16 GB 1600mhz RAM vs i7 6700hq 8GB 1600mhz RAM for same things as mentioned above?
