How many fans do I need?

I would recommend 2 intake and 1 exhaust. You will have alot of hot air build up in your case with using a inward exhaust card and stock cooler on your CPU. You will want to create good front to back airflow to help move that air out of the case with a good rear exhaust fan pulling the air out.

Sorry for being a simpleton xD, but does that mean 2 120mm intakes at the front, and one 120mm (good) exhaust? Or will I need 2 exhausts since its only 120mm?

Since your case can support 2 140mm front fans, I would recommend the 140mm front intake then. Go with something like the Corsair AF 140mm Quiet Edition fans and you should be golden.
