Need help coming up with a build that do what i want without trouble as cheap as possible.

I have decided that i am getting tried of not being able to use my pc the way i want.

I attempted some of what i want,and my current system fell flat on it's face lol.

 

What i want from a system is gaming,but i also am doing video editing,i also tend to have a lot of browser tabs at once.

A worst case scenario of what i would do with my pc is:

I would have 15 or so chrome tabs all with youtube videos ready so i can catch up on all my favorite youtubers,15 or so tabs with stuff like my email,reddit,a few fourms,and some more for researching stuff,i would have a video rendering,and then decided i want to play a game and record some footage.

 

I tried just rendering a video and playing gta 5,and my fps in game dropped to about 15 fps lol.

I just want to use my pc the way i want without trouble.

 

But i am kinda poor right now,so i need it to be as cheap as we can get it, and i will sell stuff and penny pinch and at worst wait till income tax to afford what we come up with.

 

I don't care if i have to buy new or used,and i can reuse parts from my current system.

 

Overclockability would be nice,can do with out if my system will do what i want.

Well if i wait till income tax, it will be about $1000 base on what it was last year,and depending on how saving and selling goes i may be able to get up to $200-$500 more.

If you can't afford a newer lga 2011-3 gaming+editing pc, what i'd suggest is go for a dual e5 2670 system. The processors are cheap 8 cores that perform well in games for less than $100 on ebay but the motherboard will be more expensive.

We can always swap for an RX480, thats not a problem. The CPU will be just fine in games and with it being 6 cores 12 threads, will help out with video renderings and multitasking while gaming to help increase performance.
