Difference between BenQ and Zowie

May I ask what is the difference between BenQ monitors and Zowie monitors? Although they are from the same company.

Looks like Zowie has merged into BenQ, and their name is being used as BenQ's "gaming" brand now. Looks like the whole Zowie thing is just a name/branding change.

Nothing except the name.  Firmware update to change the logo.  But benq never gives firmware changelogs unless it is given by techsupport to fix a documented bug.  Zowie XL2430T was updated from firmware V6 (Benq) to V7 (Zowie).
