I have a major GPU problem

I have a Gigabyte G1 gaming GTX 960. It is running at 405 Mhz when it should be at 1345 with my overclock. Please help

It wont clock like that unless you start gaming.

Yeah, even in Star Wars Battlefront it is at 405 mhz and 99 percent load with 15 fps at High 1080p

what are you using to overclock it?

Uninstall Afterburner then reinstall it. If that doesn't help, DDU then fresh install graphics drivers.

Im sure its just a corrupt driver. Uninstall with DDU and install it new.
