GTX 950 or R7 370?

Saved up enough money to spend about $200 on a GPU. I've had these two bookmarked for a bit:

Just wondering which I would be better off getting and why? I'd mostly play games such as Overwatch and Fallout 4 on High, with little tweaks here and there. My CPU is an AMD FX-6300 (3.8Ghz) and I have a 600W PSU.
If anyone has any other card recommendations that wouldn't go over $200 (or maybe just barely) then feel free.

You could get an rx 480 4gb for $200 or less. It would outperform both of those cards by night and day.

If you have 200 go for the gtx 1060 3gb or a rx 480 they both have a msrp of 200$ you are just gonna have to wait for them to be more available but trust me those cards blow the 950 and the 370 out of the water

RX 470 will do better than a 960

 

In general a 950 is better than a r7 370 but RX 470 cost around only 200$
