Dual monitor stand with free shipping

Hey there everyone! Recently I've upgraded my computer desk-area thing (Chair, Table, Case) and I've been searching for a dual monitor stand that I can attach to my new table, so my monitors take less room on my precious desk space (more space for doritos).

The only problem is that the only dual-monitor stand that I found that is decently priced has a ton of shipping costs, since I live in Israel.

Would any of you kind people help me find a dual-monitor stand with low to no shipping costs to israel, for up to 70USD?
