So I just updated to Android 7.0...

I enrolled in the Android Beta programme in order to get Nougat immediately on my Nexus 6P. Downloaded the patch (which is about 1.2GB btw) verified the patch, installed.

It seems... fine. Performance hasn't taken an observable hit, the new notification drawer is nice, split screen is REALLY nice. I reckon it will suit large, high-res phones a lot better (which luckily I have) and I really do like being able to browse Chrome while watching YouTube and having both windows an actual usable size. All the other stuff is a resounding "fine". The only annoyance I've encountered thus far is that the device takes a fraction of a second longer to unlock, but otherwise no problems.

Overall, I'd say that you should get N if you can - it's not groundbreaking, but there are really nice additions, fixes and other pros that IMO outweigh the cons, which so far I've found none of.

Are you just now getting getting it?

I got it about an hour after launch, downloaded and was installed within about 2 hours of launch. I love it, the IU is so much better than 6.0 imo :x

Who knows when OnePlus 3 will get it. Really jealous.

True, but I decided not to root and don't plan on it either.
