First PC

Wootperson

My very first PC build, I got Motherboard aND Ram as a gift from my friend who decided ton go for DDR4 in last second,

  Specs: i5 4690k , GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB 2400hz Ram,MSI Z97 GAMING 5, 650 GS 80+ EVGA PSU,1TB WD Blue 7200RPM, 2x Corsair 120mm Fans, Evo Cpu cooler (Planning to get H100i as soon as I'll have some extra cash)

Case is NZXT S340 which I also got as a gift, but planning to get NZXT H440 in near future to match my color scheme

This is my first ever pc build, I was scared not to mess up anything but thanks God everything is working and hardest part was finding right place for each cable on motherboard. I am still waiting for GPU brace to level it horizontally and some cable holders to perfectly align my GPU and Mobo cables20160823_135815.jpg

Looks good bro. I was wondering at first why 4690k but then I saw you got mobo and ram free. Looks like a good first build! :)

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Nice build, descent hardware and looks fantastic! Great job!

Can you please run Unigine Heaven or Valley GPU benchmark? I also used 1060 but Asus one and I'm confused with  my benchmarks results. Thank you.

Only complaint from me is that you need come cable trainers. Those GPU power cables being all separated is really bothering me!
